So we can offer competitive quotes we call on the experts. We use independent Quantity Surveyors who price jobs all day long, keeping in touch daily with the real world of pricing so we know the quote we supply our customers is fair to you and us.

We are members of not just FMB but FMB WARRANTY and TRUSTMARK, in brief our work qualifies to offer a 10 year Warranty (subject to terms) with peace of mind for our customers. All tradesmen used by 1 st Fix are qualified and on completion all necessary certificates are produced for Building Control approval.
All work is completed under written contract backed by the FMB and our insurance documents are produced for your to read.

We do not ask for any money upfront. Our contract stipulates we only charge for materials and works carried out up to date on the invoice.
